Better than Polk -a-Dot! Now I don’t like the taste if i’m being completely honest but loved these for a daily dose to take on the day. I feel uplifted, sharp and energetic for a good 6 hour plus from just 1 bar. Granted I’m new to this so it doesn’t take much. I also purchased Polk-a-Dot because it’s highly raved about and feel rather blah in comparison to this. On the other hand Polk-a-Dot certainly tastes better . I will definitely purchase Tre House again.
