A friend had told me about these, so I thought I’d order some. These work well for me. I take one about a half hour before going to bed. They have a very relaxing effect, and I end up sleeping pretty solid. I do think you get the most out of them, if you chew them fully, then let it dissolve in your mouth instead of chewing and swallowing them. Definitely give them a try!
