This product does what it says. Follow the packaging recommendations. I purchased some gummies from another company at the same time and they arrived first. The gummies were a waste. So, I had zero reluctance to just consume a half of a bar thinking that it too was a waste. To say the least, the 4 hours following were a little too much but I woke up feeling refreshed. I only consume 2-4 squares about 2 hours before bedtime.
